Avis aux anciens prisonniers tunisiens dépourvus de leurs passeports


L’ONG Human Rights Watch prépare actuellement un rapport sur les violations des droits humains à l’encontre d’anciens prisonniers tunisiens. Dans ce cadre HRW souhaite établir une liste d’anciens prisonniers à qui le droit d’obtenir un passeport a été refusé. HRW cherche donc à entrer en contact avec d’anciens prisonniers qui en ayant effectué, ou tenté d’effectuer, les démarches réglementaires

Letter to President Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali on Ali Ramzi Bettibi


We are concerned also because the case against Mr. Bettibi stems from his having copied and re-posted online material in a discussion forum.
